The 1st Class wine bars were well-stocked and the 1st Class Wine Ceremonies were rather impressive. Stern looking sommeliers demanded every attention for their wine presentations. And of course, copper funnels were used to pour wines into the glorious crystal decanters. It would be sinful to mix wine and sherry, so each had its own funnel.
