only regret was that it is not possible to adjust price to correct for Italian VAT when shipping to non-EU country. However, keeping the total value below State maximum to avoid local VAT helped offsetting this problem and I very much appreciated the helpfulness and friendliness of your staff when communicating about this. I also appreciate the offer for a discount coupon which will help offsetting the disadvantage of the VAT even more on a future order. International shipping was fast enough and globally, I am very pleased about my experience with your company.
